Style
I would describe my work as high-energy cinematic stills with a daydreamy, whimsical, magical realism quality to them. I love playing with the imperfect spontaneity of movement in my photographs, creating snapshots of a moment in time.
My biggest inspirations are magical slice-of-life anime such as Kiki’s Delivery Service, Totoro and Your Name to name a few and Christopher Doyle’s dramatic and moody aesthetic in the Wong Kar Wai movies such as In the Mood for love and Fallen Angels.
